How fast do you reply to messages?

During business hours we reply within 2–4 hours. Outside hours, expect a response by 9am AEST the next morning.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Orders can be edited or cancelled until 6pm the day before delivery. Use the order link in your confirmation email or contact customer care.

Do you cater for allergies?

Every meal carries a complete allergen panel. For severe allergies, contact us before ordering and we will guide you through the safest pack.

Where do you deliver?

Across Greater Sydney. Postcode coverage is checked at checkout — outside the zone, we offer pickup at the Marrickville kitchen.

Are subscriptions flexible?

Yes. Pause, skip, swap meals or change cadence anytime from your account dashboard. No lock-in, no fees.
