The rules for using the Fit Healthy Chef website, placing orders, managing subscriptions and receiving deliveries.

1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply when you browse the Fit Healthy Chef website, create an account, place an order, buy a gift card, use customer credit, apply a promotional code, manage a subscription, request delivery or use staff-supported account features. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and security
Customers must provide accurate account, contact, billing and delivery information. Customers are responsible for keeping login details secure and updating information when it changes. Fit Healthy Chef may restrict, suspend or close an account where there is suspected misuse, fraud, abusive behavior, unpaid amounts, security risk or breach of these terms.
3. Products, nutrition and availability
Products, meal plans, custom meals, bundles, add-ons, prices, nutritional information, ingredients, allergens, stock and delivery options may change. Availability depends on business settings, stock, kitchen capacity, delivery zones, delivery cutoffs, public holidays, closure days and operational capacity.
4. Orders
An order is accepted only when the required checkout details are provided and payment is confirmed or otherwise approved. Fit Healthy Chef may refuse, cancel, refund or adjust an order if information is incorrect, payment fails, products become unavailable, the delivery address is unsupported, the order breaches configured rules or an operational issue prevents fulfilment.
5. Custom meals and allergens
Custom meals are prepared based on the selections made by the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients, quantities and preferences before checkout. Fit Healthy Chef may handle common allergens in its kitchen or supply chain. Customers with allergies, intolerances or medical dietary requirements should contact the business before ordering and should not rely only on website filters or product labels.
6. Delivery
Delivery availability, windows, cutoffs, prices and supported postcodes are controlled by the business and may change. Customers must provide a complete and accessible delivery address, correct city or suburb, correct postcode, phone number, email address and delivery instructions. Delivery may be handled directly by Fit Healthy Chef or by a third-party provider such as BeCool/BCRC. Failed deliveries caused by incorrect details, unsafe access, unavailable recipients or late customer changes may not be refundable.
7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions repeat according to the selected plan, delivery schedule and billing settings. Customers are responsible for managing subscription items, quantities, delivery address, billing method, pause, cancellation and other changes before the applicable cutoff. Changes made after the cutoff may apply to the next cycle rather than the current cycle. Subscription billing and some subscription status operations may depend on Stripe.
8. Prices, discounts, credits and gift cards
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, surcharges, sale prices, wholesale pricing, promotions, subscription benefits, customer credit and gift cards may have eligibility rules, expiry dates, minimum spend rules, product exclusions or usage limits. Fit Healthy Chef may correct pricing errors, refuse misuse of promotions and withdraw offers where permitted by law.
9. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe or another configured payment provider. Customers authorise the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for one-off orders, subscriptions, delivery fees and applicable charges. If payment fails, an order or subscription may be paused, cancelled or delayed.
10. Staff support and account assistance
Admins and moderators may access order, subscription and account information needed to provide support, operate the business and troubleshoot issues. Where enabled, admin impersonation/support sessions may be used to help customers manage subscriptions or account actions. These actions should be used only for legitimate support or operational reasons.
11. Website use
Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, scrape data without permission, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, abuse staff or use the service in a way that damages Fit Healthy Chef, providers or other customers.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fit Healthy Chef is not responsible for indirect loss, loss caused by incorrect customer information, third-party service outages, delivery provider delays, payment provider issues, events outside reasonable control or misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
13. Changes to these terms
Fit Healthy Chef may update these terms when products, pricing, delivery processes, providers, platform features or legal requirements change. The latest version published on this page applies from the time it is made available.
