How does menu planning work?
We tailor your menu to your dietary needs, preferences, and seasonal ingredients, for you and your family.
How does the In-Home Meal Prep Service work?
Your chef visits your home, brings groceries, prepares meals, organizes the fridge, and cleans up. Fully flexible and customized to your preferences.
Do I have to be home when the chef comes?
No. The kitchen handles everything, and you’ll return to a clean kitchen and ready-to-eat meals.
What is the minimum booking time?
Minimum booking is 4 hours (includes shopping, travel, and menu planning).
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We cater to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and other preferences.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel within 2 days: 100% charge
3–5 days: 100% minus staff fees
6–14 days: 50% charge
15–30 days: 25% charge
How do I secure a booking?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due 5 working days before your event.
Late payments incur a $50 fee every 30 days.
How much does a private chef cost in Sydney?
Private chef dining starts from $80 per person, depending on menus and guest numbers.
Do you deliver meal prep across Sydney?
Yes, we deliver meal prep to CBD, Bondi, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and across all Sydney metro areas.
